ShawnT's expertise lies in expanding range of motion and gaining movement efficiency/technique while increasing overall strength. Their approach is creative, collaborative, and relational.
I draw upon my practices and education in gymnastics, acrobatics, calisthenics, dance, yoga, exercise science, and other somatic practices. My methods prioritize the development of embodied awareness as a foundation for alignment, strength, flexibility/mobility and (re)conditioning the body.
